Problem Note 41771: Multiple requests to load the page might prevent a SAS Collection Portlet from displaying in SAS® Information Delivery Portal

The SAS Collection Portlet might not display if users click to load the page multiple times while the portlet is still loading. This is more likely to occur when multiple SAS Collection Portlets are located on the same page.
As a workaround, you can use the Collection Portlet instead of the SAS Collection Portlet. This problem is also less likely to occur if the page contains fewer SAS Collection Portlets, which often reduces the time needed to load the page and, thereby, reduces the likelihood that a user might click to load the page multiple times while waiting for the portlet to load.
